In a recent study, Instagram was shown to bring 57 times more brand engagement than Twitter! This is huge if you’re looking to have your business seen and talked about. Well, it depends. Just like any social media platform, Instagram is tailored to a specific set of parameters. You’re posting photos or short video clips to your page. With stats like that, you’re missing out on a huge resource and doing yourself a giant disservice if you’re not promoting your brand on Instagram. Think of it as a high-end digital magazine. If you can see your product in that magazine in your mind’s eye, then you should be on Instagram right now. The key is to have appealing photos, captions that are interesting, and hashtags that people are searching for.

Your business might fall into one of these categories, but maybe you can’t visualize what a platform full of photos could really bring to your brand. Own a restaurant or a coffee shop? You better believe that appealing photos of food and drink will always bring in the customers in droves. It’s like a recommendation that you can post and control.
