When in Rome, er, #DNNWorld
Jim and I arrived in Orlando, my flight much later than planned (see Jim's account).
We're staying at a very nice hotel with a big outdoor pool, and I took the plunge this morning. It was quite a bit warmer at 70 degrees but the pool was again not heated, so I think this body, now 40 years older, reacted the same way it did in that much colder pool years before: one quick lap, then straight for the towels!
We're looking forward to visiting the halls at DotNetNuke World today. It's training day, and we imagine that either the vendors will be here already or will be setting up for tomorrow's big conference. We're being the early birds in hopes to catch a couple worms, er, meet new DNN friends.
I'll have plenty of time to do that. I won't be taking any more time swimming!
UPDATE: We made it to DNNWorld, although the mobile DNN Corp site had the wrong Hilton listed. We caught the mistake, tweeted it and they corrected the site. The reception was great fun and we met some old friends and made some new friends and possible partners in a couple projects. And the convention hasn't even started yet!!
