Citations – The Citation Tracker Full Report
Last time we looked at the Citation Tracker Summary. When you click on the View Full Report tab, the screen opens with a fuller representation of the Summary information: the Key Citation Score, the Percentage Found, and the number of Found and Not Found listings and the number of Correct or With NAP Errors listings. The NAP Breakdown gives you an idea of where the errors are occurring in your Name, Address, and Phone number.
Below those graphs is the Key Citations List which shows you where your business is cited. If you click a boxed arrow in the Actions column, a new web page will open to show you the actual listing. You can also sort each column with the up-and-down arrows at the top.
Next time, we’ll look at the other tabs at the top of the report and how you can use the information there in your marketing.
