Your Dashboard: Google My Business Summary Report
The Google My Business report shows you at a glance the activity on your Google Business Profile over the past thirty days. This Google Business Profile is separate from your webpage on which Google Analytics is installed. The profile shows up on the right-hand side of the Search Results screen when a user searches for your business.
Customer Actions show how many times and on which days someone viewed your listing and provides a “Total actions” number. Those “Actions” include how many clicked on the “Website” button, how many clicked on the “Directions” button, and how many clicked on your phone number to call you.
Customer Searches shows you the total number of times someone found your Google Business listing by searching online and then further breaks down the total between “Direct” and “Discovery.” The “Direct” total reports how many visitors found your listing by searching for you by name. The “Discovery” total reports how many found your listing by searching by category or for a product or service.
Also at this summary is the total number of reviews that were left by customers on your Google Business listing and the average star rating.
